Role Description We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with hardcore Apex programming, API-driven integrations, and advanced DevOps expertise. This is a full-time remote role that can be based anywhere in India, where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. You’ll work closely with architects, functional consultants, and business teams to build scalable, reliable, and secure Salesforce applications. Daily responsibilities include: Building complex Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs) for high-volume use cases Designing & developing robust APIs and integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, Mulesoft, Kafka, etc.) Implementing Salesforce DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, sandbox management, and code quality enforcement Troubleshooting performance bottlenecks, ensuring security compliance, and optimizing large-scale deployments Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver on-time solutions Qualifications We’re looking for a developer who thrives in solving tough engineering challenges, not just customizing Salesforce screens. Hardcore Apex expertise: Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueables, Future methods, Platform Events, Integration Patterns Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Visualforce for scalable, modern UIs Integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, external system connectors DevOps proficiency (must-have): Salesforce DX (SFDX) Git & GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket for version control CI/CD tools: Gearset , AutoRabit, Azure DevOps Static code analysis & security tools: PMD, SonarQube, Checkmarx Test automation frameworks for Apex & UI regression Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, data model, and governor limits Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills Education & Certifications Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (required) Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications (nice to have) If you are a Salesforce engineer at heart who loves Apex, APIs, and DevOps automation, this role is for you.
