Infra Green is seeking a confident and professional Assistant Manager – Tele Sales to support our sales growth. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, explaining our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and Turnkey Industrial Solutions, and supporting the sales team in deal closures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound & outbound tele sales calls with prospective clients.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture high-value leads.
  • Present Infra Green's products and solutions in a professional & persuasive manner.
  • Address customer queries and coordinate with the field sales team for closures.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and performance reports.
  • Assist in developing tele sales scripts & strategies for better conversions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of tele/inside sales experience (industrial/infrastructure preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication in English & Tamil (both spoken & written).
  • Professional presence of mind and ability to handle high-value discussions.
  • Commerce/Engineering background preferred; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
