Staffing Operations Director

Seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead staffing operations and deliver exceptional solutions to Fortune 100 clients. As Staffing Account & Delivery Manager, you will forge relationships, drive program success, and lead recruitment teams to deliver contract and permanent staffing services.The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing high-volume staffing programs. A successful track record of driving scorecard metrics and maintaining top rankings with clients is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have prior hands-on recruitment experience and a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemistry, Biology, MBA, or related disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver high-volume permanent and/or contract staffing programsDrive scorecard metrics and strive to maintain top rankings with clientsSupport clients in various industries including software products & applications, IT services, BPO, non-IT lateral hiring, engineering, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and banking and financialBuild and mentor a team of strong recruiters and team leadsCapture maximum spend, headcount, and profit margins through effective sales strategiesCommunicate effectively with MSP Program teamsRequirementsPrior hands-on recruitment experienceStrong business skills and excellent communication skillsDegree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemistry, Biology, MBA, or related disciplinesExperience supporting clients in various industriesAble to drive scorecard metrics and strive to maintain top rankings with clients
