The Director Talent Acquisition will oversee the full life cycle of recruiting, develop and implement effective employer branding strategies, and engage in workforce planning. In this role, the director will be responsible for leading global talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that hiring processes are efficient and aligned with company standards. Qualifications Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Global Talent AcquisitionSkills in Hiring and Employer BrandingExpertise in Workforce PlanningStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the IT industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
