Job Title: Director of Operations Location: WFO (Bengaluru, KA) Experience: 12 - 14 + years in Operations role About the Company TrustGrid is a cutting-edge Web3 product company focused on building secure, scalable, and decentralized applications for enterprise and government clients. Our mission is to transform digital infrastructure through blockchain, cryptography, and distributed technologies. Role Overview : As the Director of Operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and scalable operations across all departments. You will be responsible for aligning operational processes with business goals, driving cross-functional collaboration, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will lead initiatives that strengthen the company's operational foundation and support growth at every level. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with Trustgrid's long-term goals. Oversee coordination between Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success teams to ensure efficient product delivery. Design and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) across product, support, and operations. Manage resource allocation and optimize vendor relationships for maximum ROI. Oversee IT infrastructure operations including DevOps and cybersecurity. Build and mentor high-performing operational and cross-functional teams. Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with data protection standards. Oversee post-launch support to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Support strategic partnerships and alliances that expand operational capabilities. Present operational insights and updates to executive leadership and the board. Required Skills and Knowledge: In this role, success comes from combining strategic vision with strong execution. You should bring experience in scaling operations, leading teams across disciplines, and implementing data-driven decisions. Your expertise should reflect both business acumen and technical understanding, enabling you to lead complex projects with clarity and confidence. Proven experience in operational leadership within the software industry. Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management. Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, DevOps, and cybersecurity principles. Skilled in vendor management and contract negotiation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams. Good to Have: Experience working with mobile development background, SaaS or cloud-native software environments. Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies for process optimization. Exposure to international markets and distributed team management. Strong understanding of data analytics, automation, and AI-driven decision systems. MBA or advanced certification in operations or technology management.
