The role involves resolving customer queries, managing complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional manner. Resolve product/service-related issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers accurately. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up until closure. Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system. Assist in order processing, returns, refunds, and billing-related concerns (if applicable). Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to management. Maintain service quality standards and adhere to performance metrics like response time and resolution rate. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
