Technical Support ProfessionalThe role involves collaborating with client success teams to provide high-level technical support for software issues and working closely with the engineering department to resolve these problems.Deliver exceptional technical support to clients, stakeholders, and colleagues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.Develop strong relationships with internal teams, including QA leads, to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues and work on implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency.Engage with customers to quickly identify and resolve their problems by providing timely and accurate feedback.Offer workarounds to customers when fixes are not immediately available.Support the implementation of new applications and technologies.Contribute to creating procedural documentation to enhance knowledge sharing and process improvement.Manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Evaluate and test new releases to ensure compatibility and quality.Required skills include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, along with expertise in Linux, Java, JavaScript, MySQL, AWS, browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs. Additionally, experience with remote desktop applications, help desk software, ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, and AI tools is necessary. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position.
