Global IT Projects Sourcing Role:About the JobThis is a challenging position where you will identify and source new IT projects, clients, and technology opportunities. You will work closely with our leadership team to bring projects across various sectors including Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Digital Transformation, and more.The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.You will be responsible for lead generation and opportunity sourcing, business development and client acquisition, proposal and bidding support, pipeline and account ownership, and market research and expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Opportunity SourcingIdentify new IT project opportunities for software development, cloud, AI, DevOps, mobile apps, etc.SOURCE new IT project opportunities from global markets.Target enterprise, mid-size, startup, and government clients.Business Development & Client AcquisitionBuild strong relationships with decision-makers: CTOs, CEOs, Procurement Heads, Product Managers, and IT Directors.PITCH IM24x7 services and convert leads into paid projects.Conduct requirement understanding calls and solution walkthroughs.Proposal & Bidding SupportCoordinate RFP/RFQ submission with the internal team.Provide client requirements, scope, and timelines to the technical team.Support proposal preparation, commercials, and negotiation.Pipeline & Account OwnershipOwning the opportunities you bring until successful closure.Maintain an active pipeline of leads, discussions, and negotiations.Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team.Market Research & ExpansionTrack industry trends and new technology demands.Identify potential markets to expand IM24x7 service offerings.Scout for recurring and long-term partnership opportunities.
