This dual-role position requires strong image editing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate projects across teams.You'll perform high-quality retouching on e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle images, review and QA final images before client delivery, and coordinate with clients, editors, and team leads to manage timelines and project milestones.Key Responsibilities:Perform high-quality retouching on e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle imagesReview and QA final images before client delivery to ensure consistency and quality standardsCoordinate with clients, editors, and team leads to manage timelines and project milestonesTrack daily workflows and flag potential delays or issuesDocument and enforce retouching SOPs and style guidesProvide feedback to junior retouchers as neededTo succeed in this role, you'll need:5+ years of professional photo retouching experienceStrong command of Adobe Photoshop and image editing workflowsFluent in English Strong organizational and communication skillsPrior QA or project coordination experience is a strong assetIt's also beneficial if you have:Experience in e-commerce or fashion image workflowsFamiliarity with DAM systems or automation tools
