We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming design concepts into high-performing, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of UI/UX principles, design systems, and front-end technologies.Key Responsibilities:- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, functional, and responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.- Develop and maintain reusable UI components, style guides, and code libraries.- Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure design intent and technical feasibility.- Ensure performance optimization, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers and devices.- Build prototypes, mockups, and interactive visual elements for review and feedback cycles.- Work with AWS services such as Kafka, EC2, and Lambda for front-end integrations.- Conduct testing, debugging, and refactoring to enhance code quality and maintainability.- Stay up to date with emerging UI frameworks, design trends, and best practices in front-end development.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field.- 8–14 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX development.- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).- Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.- Familiarity with AWS services (Kafka, EC2, Lambda) and integrating front-end solutions with backend systems.- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization techniques.- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an agile environment.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.Nice to Have:- Experience with TypeScript, Webpack, or CI/CD pipelines.- Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.- Exposure to micro front-end architecture or serverless applications.
