We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming design concepts into high-performing, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of UI/UX principles, design systems, and front-end technologies.Key Responsibilities:Translate UI/UX designs into clean, functional, and responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.Develop and maintain reusable UI components, style guides, and code libraries.Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure design intent and technical feasibility.Ensure performance optimization, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers and devices.Build prototypes, mockups, and interactive visual elements for review and feedback cycles.Work with AWS services such as Kafka, EC2, and Lambda for front-end integrations.Conduct testing, debugging, and refactoring to enhance code quality and maintainability.Stay up to date with emerging UI frameworks, design trends, and best practices in front-end development.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field.8–14 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX development.Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.Familiarity with AWS services (Kafka, EC2, Lambda) and integrating front-end solutions with backend systems.Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization techniques.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an agile environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Nice to Have:Experience with TypeScript, Webpack, or CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Exposure to micro front-end architecture or serverless applications.
