Head of Recruitment Strategy

As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy end-to-end. This includes building strong talent pipelines and working closely with business leaders to ensure the right people join at the right time.Drive full-cycle recruitment for mid to leadership roles across functionsForecast workforce needs with department heads and design hiring plansKey ResponsibilitiesYou will lead and guide the recruitment team in upskilling them on interviewing and candidate assessment, as well as establish hiring standards, competency frameworks, and structured interviews. Additionally, you will improve hiring efficiency by tracking performance data and reducing time-to-fill, and strengthen employer branding through campaigns and candidate engagement initiatives.Create smooth candidate journeys with clear communication and feedback loopsManage recruitment dashboards, reports, and ATS RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have 8–12 years of HR experience with strong hands-on recruitment expertise. You should also have experience hiring for a variety of business and technical roles in fast-growing companies, and be able to partner with leadership, influence decisions, and handle stakeholder expectations.Ability to work comfortably using modern hiring tools and ATS platformsData-driven approach to improving recruitment metrics and hiring strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working fully remote with distributed teams
