Key Responsibilities: Design and development of robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the MERN stack. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers. Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack. Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 3 years in MERN stack. Strong proficiency in: o MongoDB – schema design, aggregation, performance tuning. o – middleware, routing, API development. o – hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), component lifecycle. o – asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Exposure to microservices architecture. Job Location : Kolkata. Employment Type: Permanent.
