We’re expanding our Kolkata team and looking for skilled developers passionate about building scalable, high-quality software.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js) with at least 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both backend and frontend responsibilities, building efficient APIs, and delivering seamless user interfaces.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling, optimization, and management.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.Ensure responsiveness, security, and high performance of applications.Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in full stack development.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).3+ years of professional full stack development experience.Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js.Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks.Knowledge of databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.Ability to write reusable, testable, and efficient code.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with GraphQL.Exposure to AI-driven coding platforms (Replit, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.).What We OfferCompetitive high salary based on experience and skills.Opportunity to work on innovative global projects in logistics, IoT, and enterprise tech.Friendly, growth-focused international work culture.Continuous learning and skill development opportunities.Email your cv to hr@utahtechlabs.com
