Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to work on the development of scalable web applications. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using modern technologies such as MongoDB, React, and Node.js.Design and development of robust, scalable, and secure web applications using MERN stack technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software products.Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 3 years in MERN stack.Strong proficiency in:MongoDB - schema design, aggregation, performance tuning.Node.js - middleware, routing, API development.React - hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), component lifecycle.Express.js - asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.Career BenefitsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Mentorship and career growth opportunities.Other InformationJob Location: Kolkata.Employment Type: Permanent.
