KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keep Amazon running smoothly—manage inventory, sales, and feedback.
  • Solve Seller Support cases and ensure account health stays top-notch.
  • Optimize product listings for visibility and performance.
  • Team up with marketing to align on strategies.
  • Attention to detail is EVERYTHING. If we ask for your favorite number, it’s 99.
  • Stay ahead of Amazon’s ever-changing policies.
  • Provide amazing customer support that goes beyond the basics.
  • Analyze customer feedback for trends and insights.
  • Suggest and implement ways to improve processes.


MUST-HAVES

  • Obsessed with details—nothing gets past you.
  • Fluent English and an understanding of the US market.
  • A fast learner who adapts quickly.
  • Self-motivated and able to improve processes on your own.
  • Full-time availability—you’re all in.
  • Comfortable working remotely and taking direction online.
  • A positive attitude and strategic mindset.


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Master of Amazon Seller Central—listing optimization, case management, and feedback handling are second nature to you.
  • Familiar with tools like: ClickUp, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Gorgias
