Let’s go KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Keep Amazon running smoothly—manage inventory, sales, and feedback. Solve Seller Support cases and ensure account health stays top-notch. Optimize product listings for visibility and performance. Team up with marketing to align on strategies. Attention to detail is EVERYTHING. If we ask for your favorite number, it’s 99. Stay ahead of Amazon’s ever-changing policies. Provide amazing customer support that goes beyond the basics. Analyze customer feedback for trends and insights. Suggest and implement ways to improve processes. MUST-HAVES Obsessed with details—nothing gets past you. Fluent English and an understanding of the US market. A fast learner who adapts quickly. Self-motivated and able to improve processes on your own. Full-time availability—you’re all in. Comfortable working remotely and taking direction online. A positive attitude and strategic mindset. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Master of Amazon Seller Central—listing optimization, case management, and feedback handling are second nature to you.
