The role involves close monitoring of manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve timely and quality execution of the project.Job OverviewThis position requires strong leadership and communication skills to supervise day-to-day site activities, execute construction works, plan daily and weekly work schedules, and monitor proper utilization of resources.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily construction activities to ensure smooth progress of work and compliance with company standards and safety norms.Plan daily and weekly work schedules, manpower, and material requirements in coordination with engineers.Monitor and ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.Check and verify levels, alignments, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing work.Evaluate and improve quality of work, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.Maintain and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and other site documentation to the Senior Engineer or Project Manager.Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and engineers to resolve site issues and maintain productivity.Ensure proper housekeeping, safety measures, and strict PPE compliance at all times.Skills Required:Ability to read and interpret drawings and give clear instructions to workers.Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting formats.Strong leadership, communication, and supervision abilities.Commitment to quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
