R Programming SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled R programmer to assume the position of R Programming Specialist. This experienced professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining an R codebase used for generating CDISC ADaM datasets, tables, listings, and figures in accordance with clinical trial data requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain R codebases for data generation and analysis in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project-specific data needs and implement solutionsProvide technical expertise and support for data analysis and reporting tasksEnsure accuracy and consistency of generated outputs through quality control and validation processesContribute to process improvements and development of programming standards using RRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or data scienceMinimum 3 years of experience in R programming, including familiarity with R packages like Tidyverse, ggplot2, survivalFamiliarity with data visualization techniques and tools in RExperience working with clinical trial data and knowledge of CDISC ADaM and SDTM standardsProficiency in Industry R packages such as ADMIRAL and OAKStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesJob Specifications:Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and be proficient in R programmingKnowledge of CDISC ADaM and SDTM standards is requiredThe ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is essential
