Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Senior Statistical Programmer to join our team. As a senior programmer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing statistical analysis plans, programming clinical studies, and ensuring high-quality data displays.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement statistical analysis plans in accordance with regulatory requirements;Program clinical studies using advanced SAS skills and understanding of standardization implications to drug development;Ensure high-quality data displays through thorough data checks and documentation;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met;Lend guidance and training to junior programmers as needed.Requirements:Strong communication and collaboration skills; Active listening and effective prioritization; Quality and timely delivery of tasks; Learning quickly and retaining information; Managing multiple projects efficiently; Performing quality control of work products.Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a combination of education and relevant industry experiences preferred; 8+ years of clinical programming or SAS experience required.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
