Operational AnalystJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Operational Analyst to join our team. As an Operational Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting client business processes and operations activities to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and communicate client business issues, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures.Develop and execute operational process improvements in collaboration with the Senior Operations Delivery Lead.Implement process changes in operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement through collaboration with the Senior Operations Delivery Lead.Remain current on new tools, techniques, and working models to continually enhance process and design for quick adoption.Build subject matter expertise over time and apply it to operational processes.Apply quality checks and validations on all deliverables and report back results to the Operations Delivery Lead.Execute defined operational models for clients with standard operating procedures, quality assurance, quality checks, governance criteria, roles, and responsibilities, and assist the Senior Operations Delivery Lead in defining newer, more efficient models, including detailed documentation.C coordinate with multiple stakeholders (across different time zones) of the operational process to ensure smooth delivery to the client per pre-existing timelines.Assist the engineering team in implementing new operational procedures and/or improving existing operational procedures by providing knowledge about operations and testing the modified procedures.Test new/updated operational procedures to ensure fidelity.Coordinate multiple tasks to produce high-quality results.Work on multiple client tasks, strengthening analytical, task management, and communication skills.Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive value to the firm.Keep track of unplanned internal & client tasks stemming from operational projects.Conduct secondary research as needed.Investigate client questions related to operational deliveries, as needed.
