Provide governance and direction across projects managing dependencies, inter-project risks and overall programme-level planning and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Lead stakeholder engagement at all levels ensuring transparent communication, change management and alignment across business and technical teams.Coordinate, oversee work of multiple project managers and third-party contributors to ensure cohesion across deliverables.Maintain tight control of programme scope and oversee evaluation and approval of change requests ensuring they align with strategic objectives and do not compromise delivery.Actively mentor, coach and support development of project managers within the team fostering a culture of project management excellence, continuous learning and professional growth.Benefits:Ensure consistent approach to project and programme delivery across the organisation by championing standardised methodologies, tools and best practices.Monitor budgets, timelines, resources and KPIs across the programme proactively addressing variances or issues.Drive continuous improvement and contribute to development of enterprise-level project and programme delivery methodologies, frameworks and governance structures.Regulatory Compliance:Evaluate and ensure all programme activities are compliant with industry regulations including pharmacovigilance standards (e.g., GVP, FDA, EMA) and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Programme Director to join our dynamic team and take on the challenge of leading complex multi-workstream programmes for pharmaceutical clients.
