Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing excellent customer service, maintaining communication with clients, and assisting in sales operations. The role requires working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
lead generation , educate customer related to our products , send quotation , followup till lead convert into order, Experience in sales and sales operations
present product or service details, addressing the lead's specific needs and overcoming objection
Effective communication, product knowledge, and strong negotiation skills are crucial for closing deals.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Relevant Qualifications
Knowledge of solar products or EV charging equipment
Prior experience in the renewable energy industry
Degree in Business Administration or related field
