Join IM24x7 Delta Solutions , a global technology company driving innovation across AI, Cloud, Mobile, and Web Engineering .We are inviting Business Development Professionals and Talent Acquisition Partners to collaborate with us on a Commission-Based or Partnership Model — helping us bring new IT projects and connect top talent with client requirements .This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to work directly with our leadership team and be part of a growing international ecosystem serving clients across UAE, KSA, India, and Europe .Engagement Model:Commission-Based / Partnership-BasedEarn attractive commissions per project or resource placement .Option to convert to a retainer or regional partnership based on performance.Flexible engagement — work remotely or regionally with our global business team.Key Responsibilities:Client & Project AcquisitionIdentify, pitch, and onboard new clients for IT development , AI integration , mobile apps , SaaS platforms , and cloud transformation projects .Collaborate with the IM24x7 pre-sales and technical teams to create proposals, quotations, and presentations.Manage relationships, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into long-term clients.Talent & Resource CollaborationPartner with recruiters, staffing firms, and HR professionals to source pre-vetted engineers and specialized IT talent for our ongoing and upcoming projects.Align with clients' tech requirements (React, , Python, Flutter, DevOps, QA, etc.) and ensure smooth coordination until onboarding.Maintain regular communication with HR and Delivery teams for status updates.Strategic Partnership DevelopmentBuild regional and industry-specific networks (IT, FinTech, Healthcare, Real Estate, etc.).Represent IM24x7 Delta Solutions on digital platforms, LinkedIn, and events to expand the business footprint.Drive co-branding or collaboration opportunities with local IT consultants and talent agencies.Requirements:Strong background in IT Sales / Business Development / Recruitment / Vendor Partnership .Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.Understanding of software project life cycles and technical terms.Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with target-oriented execution.Prior experience in international client acquisition or resource staffing is a plus.What You'll Get:Competitive commission on every project closure or resource placement .Opportunity to represent IM24x7 in your region or network.Long-term partnership track based on performance and consistency.Direct collaboration with the company's CTO & Business Head on strategy and client onboarding.
