We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Account Manager to drive sales and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be identifying use-cases and upselling services to pitch to pitch to customers/prospects. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations, effectively showcasing the value of our products/services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, managing client relationships, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Identify and establish connections with potential clients, gaining insight into their needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM tools to track and analyze performance.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ability to build trust and establish rapport quickly with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
