Job Title:Senior Automation Testing SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Automation Testing Specialist to join our team.Main Responsibilities:To design, develop and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium and C#.To create and deliver software test plans, test cases and test summary reports.To review and publish test cases on requirements gathering sessions.To conduct post release verification following a production deployment.To record, assess and approve tracking system issues, suggested ownership, and priority issues.To oversee defects to progress on time and stick to defect tracking standards.To manage QA environment on build and release management.To offer accurate status on defect information and metrics.To communicate at all levels, handle multiple projects and work on business-critical solutions.Requirements:A minimum of 8 years experience in automation testing with strong skills in Selenium and C#.At least 2-3 years of team lead experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate and mentor direct reports by effort and example.About the Role:As a Senior Automation Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing automated testing frameworks using Selenium and C#.
