Job DescriptionAs a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile and API testing. Your primary responsibility will be to create efficient and scalable test strategies that ensure high-quality software releases.To achieve this goal, you will work closely with developers, product managers and DevOps teams to enhance software reliability. You will also be responsible for integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.Furthermore, you will evaluate and introduce new testing tools, technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and drive quality initiatives across teams. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.Automation Development: Design, develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile and API testing.Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement test strategies, ensuring high-quality software releases.Code Quality & CI/CD: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.Performance & Security Testing: Implement performance, load and security testing strategies to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.Defect Management: Identify, document and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve them.Mentorship & Best Practices: Mentor junior engineers, promote best testing practices and drive quality initiatives across teams.Required Skills and Qualifications• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C# or JavaScript• Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.)• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured or Karate• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)BenefitsRemote Work Policy: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work arrangementsComprehensive Insurance Policy: Receive comprehensive insurance coverageOpportunity for Growth: Have a significant impact on your career early on
