Join our Gen AI Assurance team and be part of a dynamic, fast-growing community that is shaping the future of intelligent automation.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Test Automation Speclislist's with expertise in Gen AI-driven testing solutions and modern automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will leverage AI/LLMs (e.g., Co Pilot, GPT, LLa MA, Claude) to design and implement intelligent automation strategies across Web and API platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Driven Testing:Design and implement Gen AI-based test automation frameworks for web and API applications.Integrate LLMs into testing workflows to enhance automation efficiency and coverage.Automation Development:Build robust automation scripts using Playwright (TS/JS preferred) for web applications.Develop and maintain API automation frameworks ensuring scalability and reliability.Quality Engineering Practices:Implement BDD frameworks for behavior-driven development and test clarity.Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.Agile Delivery:Work in Agile environments , participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure timely delivery of automation solutions aligned with business objectives.Required Skills & ExperienceCore Expertise:Gen AI-based test automation using LLMs (Co Pilot, GPT, LLa MA, Claude, etc.).Strong proficiency in Web and API automation (mandatory).Hands-on experience with Playwright (Type Script/Java Script preferred).Additional Skills:BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber).Dev Ops tools and CI/CD integration.Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery.Experience Range: Minimum 4 years in test automation; up to 15 years with leadership exposure preferred.LTIMindtree is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
