We’re profitable, bootstrapped, and charting our own course without traditional VC constraints .Role OverviewAs an CSE Engineer, you’ll be the critical bridge between our business and engineering teams, reporting to the VP of Engineering. You will triage & resolve L2+ technical tickets in our cloud-native SaaS platform, collaborate deeply with engineering on root-cause fixes, and translate customer business needs into robust technical solutions. This position is 100% remote, working closely with global teams across Engineering, Product, Business and Customer Success.Key ResponsibilitiesSolutions Engineering:Map customer requirements to technical solutions; Troubleshoot customer technical issues and work towards resolution and customer satisfaction.Customer Communication:Act as a trusted advisor—clearly conveying solutions, resolution plans, and best practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Engineering Collaboration:Escalate only the most critical or recurring issues, minimizing developer context-switchingRequired QualificationsBachelor’s in Computer Science from NIRF Top 100 Engineering Colleges [REQUIRED]2-5 years in solutions engineering. Strong ability to distill business needs into technical solutions and vibe code them if needed.Preferred SkillsPrior experience in a solutions-engineering or customer-facing technical role.Proven “vibe-coding” mindsetComfortable operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary aligned with global market standards.Cutting-edge AI work.Location: This role is global working with a globally-distributed virtual team.
