US Federal Contracts Support Analyst Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.This role is ideal for individuals with strong skills in contract management, compliance, and administration. If you have experience working with federal contracts, compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports, we want to hear from youContract Review & Compliance: Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments. Identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.Audit & Monitoring Support: Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA). Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.Proposal & Pre-Award Support: Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses. Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.1–3 years of experience in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools (e.g., SharePoint, SAP Ariba, Deltek Costpoint).What We OfferWe offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
