This role directly contributes to our growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Conduct phone screenings and video interviews with caregivers.Evaluate candidates' communication skills, caregiving experience, and cultural fit.Manage the hiring workflow from sourcing to selection.Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new caregivers.Ensure candidates complete required training, background checks, and compliance steps.Maintain accurate caregiver records.Schedule caregivers to clients based on requirements, availability, skill needs, and location.Coordinate shift confirmations and follow-ups with caregivers.Communicate with the operations team to ensure smooth workflows.We seek a candidate with experience as a recruiter in US healthcare, excellent communication skills, ability to understand American accent, and strong organizational skills.
