Project DirectorWe are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee our construction project lifecycle, encompassing planning, monitoring, inter-discipline coordination and resource management.Key Responsibilities:Preparing integrated project schedules using project scheduling software – Microsoft Projects/Primavera P6Planning and monitoring functional schedules with focus on sequencing, durations, dependencies, constraints and resource allocationConducting project schedule analysis to identify delays/lags in the project and deriving mitigation strategiesManaging discussions with contractors to review progress, understand concerns and develop mitigation actionsCoordinating inter-discipline and inter-functional tasks involving engineering, procurement and constructionSupporting project contract management, including aligning contractual terms with project objectivesAssisting in monitoring contractor performanceProviding stakeholder progress reports through management information systems (MIS) reports and generating key action points for the projectThe ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, some consulting experience and proficiency in using tools like Power BI. Desired qualifications include a bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil or electrical engineering from top-ranked institutions or a postgraduate degree in business administration or construction management. The project locations for this assignment are Delhi/NCR.
