NEET Category LeadThis role is for someone who can spearhead the development of the NEET vertical, encompassing content creation, teacher management, and operational planning.The NEET Category Lead will oversee the establishment and growth of the NEET category from scratch with full ownership.The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the NEET exam pattern, syllabus, and student needs. They should also be able to effectively manage teachers, plan academic programs, and ensure high-quality content creation.The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a genuine passion for education and student success.Category Development & Strategy: Plan academic calendars, learning journeys, and NEET course structures. Develop pricing, packaging, and scaling strategies for NEET batches.Teacher & Academic Management: Identify, recruit, and coordinate with NEET faculty (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). Manage subject matter experts for question banks, notes, tests, and study modules.Content & Product Creation: Oversee the development of lectures, digital products, mock tests, PYQ modules, and crash courses. Coordinate with design, video, and technology teams to deliver an engaging learning experience.Operations & Execution: Manage day-to-day operations, class schedules, doubt solving, and planning. Ensure seamless coordination between teachers, operations, technology, and student support teams.Marketing & Growth Collaboration: Work with marketing teams on launch campaigns and NEET brand positioning. Support YouTube integrations, ads, and outreach strategies.Strong knowledge of the NEET exam pattern, syllabus, and student needs.Ability to manage teachers, plan academics, and ensure high-quality content creation.Organized, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Passionate about education and student success.
