This is a unique opportunity to build a comprehensive vertical end-to-end, encompassing content, teaching staff, operations, and product strategy.Key Responsibilities:Category Leadership & StrategyDevelop and execute a strategic plan to establish the NEET vertical, driving growth and expansion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design academic calendars, learning journeys, and course structures.Create pricing, packaging, and scaling strategies for NEET batches.Teacher & Academic ManagementSelect, hire, and coordinate with experienced NEET faculty members (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).Maintain high-quality academic standards by managing SMEs for question banks, notes, tests, and study modules.Content & Product DevelopmentOversight of lecture creation, DPPs, mock tests, PYQ modules, and crash courses.Collaboration with design, video, and tech teams to deliver an engaging learning experience.Operations & ExecutionManagement of day-to-day operations, class schedules, doubt solving, and planning.Ensure seamless coordination between teachers, ops, tech, and student support teams.Marketing & Growth CollaborationPartner with marketing team on launch campaigns and NEET brand positioning.Analyse student behavior to improve conversion and retention.
