NEET Vertical Leader

About This RoleOur organization seeks a skilled professional to spearhead the development of our NEET vertical from inception. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who has in-depth knowledge of the NEET ecosystem, a passion for academic operations, and the capability to build a successful vertical end-to-end.This role entails comprehensive ownership and strategy planning for the NEET category (content, teachers, operations, and product strategy), including designing the academic calendar, learning journeys, and course structure. The individual will also be responsible for developing pricing, packaging, and scaling strategies for batches.Key Responsibilities:Category Ownership & Strategy: Spearhead the NEET vertical, overseeing content creation, teacher management, product development, and operational execution.Teacher & Academic Management: Identify, hire, and coordinate with faculty members, manage subject matter experts (SMEs) for question banks, notes, tests, and study modules, and maintain academic quality.Content & Product Development: Oversee the creation of lectures, mock tests, PYQ modules, crash courses, and coordinate with design, video, and tech teams to innovate formats that enhance efficiency.Operations & Execution: Manage day-to-day operations, class schedules, doubt solving, planning, and ensure seamless coordination between teams while tracking progress and feedback.Marketing & Growth Collaboration: Work with the marketing team on launch campaigns, support YouTube integrations, ads, outreach strategies, and analyze student behavior to improve conversion and retention.Requirements:Strong Understanding of NEET Exam Pattern, Syllabus, and Student Needs: A thorough comprehension of the NEET exam pattern, syllabus, and student requirements is essential.Ability to Manage Teachers, Plan Academics, Oversee Content Creation: The ability to manage teachers, plan academics, and oversee content creation is critical for success in this role.Organized, Responsible, Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ideal candidate must be organized, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent Communication & Leadership Qualities: Excellent communication and leadership qualities are necessary for effective collaboration and team management.Passionate About Education and Student Success: A genuine passion for education and student success is a must.
