Business Growth StrategistAs a Business Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our clients to achieve sustainable growth and success. Your expertise will be instrumental in clarifying their goals, refining their business models, and implementing actionable strategies that drive tangible results.Develop and execute customized coaching plans to help clients scale their businesses.Conduct regular one-on-one or group sessions to monitor client progress and provide guidance.Assess and optimize client offerings, funnels, and marketing strategies to enhance their overall performance.Identify and address growth-limiting blocks or blind spots, providing tailored solutions to overcome them.Maintain close relationships with clients, tracking their progress and ensuring accountability through CRM systems or internal tools.Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments (sales, operations, marketing) to deliver exceptional client experiences.Contribute to the development of training materials, frameworks, and internal playbooks to further elevate team performance.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience as a Business Coach, Consultant, or Entrepreneur.Profound understanding of business fundamentals: marketing, sales, operations, and mindset.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities.A proven track record of delivering measurable growth for clients or teams.Empathy, patience, and the capacity to tailor your coaching approach to individual client needs.Proficiency in using CRM systems, Zoom, and other productivity tools.
