Drive the growth of wellness businesses by leading franchise sales efforts. Identify and onboard suitable partners across regions, ensuring alignment with brand standards and achieving targets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential investors for franchise business opportunities in wellness spas, salons, and vacation homes.Present the franchise model and investment requirements to partners.Manage the end-to-end investment sales process from lead generation to deal closure.Lead Generation & ConversionGenerate leads through digital campaigns, franchise portals, exhibitions, brokers, and referral networks.Qualify leads, arrange meetings/presentations, and follow up diligently to maximize conversion rates.Documentation & AgreementsCoordinate with internal teams to prepare franchise agreements and memorandums of understanding.Evaluate compliance with brand policies and regulatory norms.Team Collaboration & Performance TrackingWork closely with operations, projects, and marketing teams to support the pre-opening and launch of new franchises.Maintain weekly/monthly reports on franchise inquiries, conversion ratios, revenue targets, and pipeline health.Brand Representation & ExpansionRepresent the company at industry events, investor meets, and networking sessions.Promote the brand's value proposition and support programs.
