Job Title: Sales Executive – Healthcare BPO

Location: Bangalore (US Shift)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our Healthcare BPO division and drive new business opportunities in the US and EU markets. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to international BPO sales, with hands-on experience in the US healthcare sector (especially RCM and teleradiology). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to grow within a global sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the US healthcare BPO space.
  • Drive outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring regular engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on US healthcare compliance trends, RCM, teleradiology, and AI-led BPO solutions.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report weekly progress to management.
  • Work in alignment with US time zones (night shifts).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/MBA with 3–6 years of experience in International BPO sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US healthcare sales (RCM, teleradiology, etc.) – mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills to manage inside sales.
  • Familiarity with US client acquisition models (outbound sales, lead gen).
  • Understanding of AI/GenAI in healthcare BPO will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
