This makes us, arguably, the most employee-loved startup in the country.Location: (Hybrid)Role Brief:As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering impactful product features by collaborating with tech, design, and business teams. This role demands a strong technical foundation in product management, coupled with a keen interest in leveraging AI technologies to solve real-world problems.You are expected to understand system interdependencies, deconstruct complex challenges into actionable steps, and oversee execution from concept to delivery. A key aspect of this role involves continuously exploring how AI can enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Product Execution: Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to take product features from idea to launch.System & Process Mapping: Understand and document how different systems interact, identifying dependencies and edge cases.Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Translate user problems and business requirements into clear, actionable specifications tailored for different audiences (e.g., tech teams, leadership, marketing).
