both written and verbal Work towards streamlining processes and building best practices around reducing TAT and maintaining enhancing quality Engage with different GPI teams stakeholders through targeted crisp and timely communication Build comprehensive understanding of processes to ensure end-to-end delivery on product platforms What you ll need Bachelor s degree with 6 months to 2 years in Digital Products space followed by experience in Tech IT industry preferably in product operations operations field Excellent command over written and verbal communication Proficient in business communication Ability to handle difficult stakeholders - exhibit courtesy empathy and apply understanding to all interactions Excellent attention to detail including ability to identify dig into and remedy errors Knowledge of SugarCRM or any other CRM tool such as Salesforce is a plus Microsoft Office expertise -
