Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Research Consultant.Sony Research India is driving cutting-edge research and development in various locations around the globe.The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing and a strong background in applied deep learning and machine learning.The key responsibilities include:Analyzing user behavior patterns on OTT platforms and predicting their likelihood of leaving, along with plausible reasons behind their behavior.Building causal inference–based intervention models aimed at retaining users on the platform.Leveraging pre-trained LLMs for model development and evaluation.Contributing to a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment.Improving the experience of millions of OTT platform users through AI capabilities.Sharing insights with the research community through external academic workshops and conferences.The successful candidate will have:Expertise in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.A strong understanding of applied deep learning and machine learning concepts.Familiarity with OTT platforms and user engagement metrics.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
