Data Scientist Role OverviewOur organization seeks a Data Scientist to contribute to our advertising technology division. As a key team member, you will design and implement machine learning models that drive ad delivery efficiency and maximize campaign outcomes.Your responsibilities include defining optimization problems, performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.Design and implement machine learning models for ad delivery efficiency.Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development.Conduct offline evaluations and simulations, followed by online deployment and A/B testing strategies.Implement MLOps practices including training/inference pipelines, drift detection, automated rollback, and governance for quality and privacy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in data analysis and machine learning using Python and SQL. They are proficient in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and visualization tools. Experience with large-scale data processing and reproducible analytics workflows is essential. The candidate should have a strong foundation in statistics, probability, and experimental design, as well as practical experience in production ML systems.
