Job Title: Staff Machine Learning Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust machine learning systems that are scalable and efficient.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy machine learning models that meet the needs of our business. This includes designing and implementing model evaluation frameworks, optimizing data pipelines, and ensuring that models remain accurate and up-to-date.In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be expected to mentor and guide engineers within both ML and platform teams, fostering their professional development and contributing to the overall growth of our technical expertise.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine learning system design, including model evaluation, A/B testing, continuous training, and monitoring in production. You will also have experience with modern infrastructure tools and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS/GCP), as well as a solid engineering fundamentals – data structures, system design, version control, and testing.We are looking for someone who is passionate about machine learning and has a desire to learn and grow with our company.
