Job Title:- Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CFO to join our organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing our financial and operational processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial management reports, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also develop and analyze Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, identifying key variances and providing insights to improve financial performance.The chosen candidate will advise clients on the implementation and optimization of financial systems, processes, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and compliance. Additionally, they will conduct due diligence of unlisted private limited companies on behalf of equity investors and debt funds, assessing financial health and potential risks.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present financial management reports, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Management Information Systems (MIS): Develop and analyze MIS reports, identifying key variances and providing insights to improve financial performance.Financial Systems & Process Advisory: Advise clients on the implementation and optimization of financial systems, processes, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.Financial Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence of unlisted private limited companies on behalf of equity investors and debt funds, assessing financial health and potential risks.Qualifications:Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in Finance or auditing.Strong knowledge of direct tax laws, regulations, and best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using Taxation and related Software.
