We are currently looking for a UPSC Sales Trainer for Prepp.

Prepp is an online portal dedicated to help students appearing for government exams in their

preparation. We help students keep track of multiple government exams and solve their queries

regarding the same.

Work Culture:

Key Responsibilities:

● Sales Training: Design and implement sales training programs focused on UPSC course

offerings, customer engagement, and conversion techniques.

● Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth knowledge and insights into UPSC exam patterns,

syllabus, and the competitive landscape to enhance the team's product expertise.

● Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively promote UPSC

mentorship programs, courses, and content subscriptions.

● Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the sales team's performance metrics, providing

feedback and actionable insights for continuous improvement.


● Customer Engagement: Train the team on building meaningful relationships with UPSC

aspirants, understanding their challenges, and guiding them toward appropriate course

solutions.

● Team Development: Mentor and support the sales team to improve their communication,

negotiation, and closing skills.

● Market Analysis: Stay updated on UPSC market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging

needs of UPSC aspirants to refine sales approaches.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in sales training, within the UPSC CSE domain

● Overall experience of at least 3 years in UPSC CSE sales or training

● Should be an ex UPSC aspirant

● Deep understanding of the UPSC examination process, patterns, and aspirants' pain points.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

● Ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Proficiency in sales tracking tools and CRM software.
