About the Position:As a program coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our programs, providing support to learners and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless learning experience.Main Responsibilities:Learner Support: You will serve as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing their inquiries, guiding them through the program journey and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure a positive experience.Stakeholder Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams (course designers, tech support, instructors and course SPOCs) to manage program timelines, ensure alignment of deliverables and identify areas for process improvement.Process Enhancement: You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to streamline program delivery, enhance learner satisfaction and implement best practices for efficiency.Quality Assurance: You will ensure that all learning communications adhere to quality standards and branding guidelines.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.Tech-Savviness: Ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms and tools, with an interest or background in EdTech being advantageous.Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in customer support roles with the ability to resolve learner inquiries professionally and effectively.Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and a positive attitude.
