Job Description Lead delivery management initiatives to ensure successful project and program execution aligned with organizational goals.Develop and implement benefits management strategies to maximize value realization for stakeholders. Establish and maintain robust risk and crisis management frameworks to proactively identify assess and mitigate potential threats. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership to align delivery objectives and drive continuous improvement. Oversee account management and mining activities to identify growth opportunities and deepen stakeholder engagement. Facilitate transparent communication channels among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals progress and challenges. Drive governance and compliance adherence within delivery processes to maintain high standards and mitigate risksRoles and Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to gather requirements address concerns and ensure alignment with delivery objectives. Lead benefits tracking and reporting to demonstrate value realization and support decisionmaking. Identify assess and escalate risks and crises promptly developing mitigation and contingency plans. Coordinate account management efforts to uncover upsell and crosssell opportunities within existing accounts. Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports on delivery status risks benefits and account health to senior management. Facilitate collaboration among delivery teams stakeholders and leadership to resolve issues and drive project success.
