This role is responsible for ensuring seamless adoption of SwiftPAL, SwiftClass, SwiftChat, and our suite of AI-enabled learning bots while driving strong program outcomes on the ground.The State Program Manager will oversee district-level execution, manage and mentor implementation teams, strengthen field operations, and ensure meaningful learning impact. As and when ConveGenius expands its footprint, this role will also be responsible for scaling interventions to additional districts across Gujarat, supporting both program delivery and strategic business expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Strategy - If you have strong strategic planning and systems-thinking skills, you will thrive at:Leading implementation of SwiftSchool across Ahmedabad & Navsari, aligning with district and state priorities.Developing annual and quarterly work plans with milestones, targets, and accountability structures.Running implementation pilots and cost-impact experiments under BEI to refine scalable delivery models.Program Delivery & Adoption - If you have strong execution, operational management, and field coordination skills, you will excel in:Ensuring effective rollout of SwiftPAL, SwiftClass, SwiftChat, and AI bots across intervention schools.Driving high teacher adoption through training, mentoring, and classroom-level academic support.Working with product teams to localize content, dashboards, and analytics for Gujarat’s needs.Creating structured feedback loops to surface field insights that inform program and product improvements.Stakeholder Management - If you are excellent in relationship-building and communication skills, you will succeed at:Managing relationships with district officials, state partners, and school leadership.Handling CSR/NGO funder communication, reporting, and impact showcases.Representing ConveGenius confidently in formal review meetings and donor forums.Team Leadership - If you have strong people management and coaching skills, you will enjoy:Leading and mentor the Gujarat implementation team across districtsBuilding a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning within the teamEnabling team performance through mentoring, reviews, and capacity-building.Data, Monitoring & Impact - If you have strong data interpretation and analytical skills, you will excel in:Tracking program KPIs: Adoption, Engagement, and LearningUsing dashboards and analytics to drive decisions and report insightsPreparing insight reports, presentations, and evidence-driven case studies for internal leadership, state partners, and donors.Scope for Business Expansion - If you have a strong vision to impact every child, skills for scaling and program design, you will thrive at:Supporting expansion of SwiftSchool to additional districts across Gujarat.Planning resources, setting up operational structures, and driving new district onboarding.Leading teams to drive desired outcomes in the districts in alignment with the expansion.Qualifications & CompetenciesEducation: Master’s or equivalent from a top-tier institution in Management, Education, Development Studies, or related fieldsExperience: 6-8 years of work experience, with at least 4-5 years in large-scale program implementationExperience working with government education systems is highly desirableStrong program and project delivery skills: planning, execution, and risk managementProven stakeholder engagement ability with senior officials and fundersExcellent leadership and team management skillsAnalytical mindset: ability to use data for decision-making and communicate insights effectivelyFlexibility and adaptability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsFluency in Gujarati, Hindi, English is mandatory (written, spoken and reading)Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data analysis is expected
