Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to lead our incentives and rebates program in the United States. The ideal candidate will have expertise in researching and securing funding, grants, and rebates for our projects.The successful candidate will collaborate with our U.S. operations, estimating, and finance teams to ensure every eligible project receives available financial benefits. This role is responsible for identifying and tracking opportunities, preparing and submitting applications, and coordinating with accounting and project teams for compliance and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate monthly reports summarizing captured incentives and upcoming opportunities.Stay up to date with U.S. energy policies and clean-tech funding changes.Coordinate with accounting and project teams for compliance and documentation.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or Energy Management.3+ years of experience in research, energy incentive programs, or grant administration.Strong English communication and writing skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PDF editing, and online research.Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of U.S. energy programs such as the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), SGIP, or EV charging incentives.Familiarity with renewable energy, solar, or energy storage systems.Prior work experience with U.S. clients in the clean energy, engineering, or construction sectors.What We OfferCompetitive salary in INR (based on experience).Performance bonus tied to successful incentive and rebate capture.Fully remote, long-term role with U.S. collaboration.Paid training on U.S. energy programs and sustainability policy.Career growth in the global clean energy and infrastructure industry.
