🚀 Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Technical (R&D + Semiconductors)📍 Hybrid in Bengaluru📄 Contract - 6 months - 3 Days per weekWe’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across India.It's a broad role covering a mix of tech, but with a focus on R&D in the Semiconductor space.This is a Hybrid role with some office time in Bengaluru (3 days per week).You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this Enterprise client.🌟 What You’ll Do:Own end-to-end hiring across several key business area - from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers and closing.Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisionsManage coordination tasks such as scheduling, candidate communication, and process tracking to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.Build trusted partnerships with hiring managersSource top talent through creative and strategic methodsDeliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experienceDrive continuous improvement in how we hire🔍 What You Bring:3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition in an enterprise-sized organisation.Knowledge of the Semiconductor marketplace and the motivation of candidates in that market.Proven ability to run searches end-to-end while also rolling up your sleeves on coordination tasks.Strong LinkedIn and sourcing skills; comfortable with direct outreach and talent mapping.Very technical role expertise highly appreciated - you can confidently approach and engage engineering, product, and data candidates.Excellent organisation and communication skills; you’re structured and detail-oriented.💬 Let’s TalkThis is a contract for 6 months.If this sounds like you, apply here or message me directly.
